All Federal and State regulations are followed.

Working with IoVega Systems comes with a guarantee that all equipment received and ultimately recycled, is done so within the Continental United States and Canada. IoVega Systems does not ship electronic devices overseas under any circumstances.

We partner with ISO certified recyclers that break down and extract all hazardous materials and components inside the U.S. and Canada, our recyclers operate under strict environmental controls in regulated facilities. Disclosure of these facilities and their practices will be made if required by your business.

After the pickup of your equipment to be recycled you will receive a copy of the (CEW) covered electronic waste collection log and a signed release of liability.
